TYPES OF OPERATING LEASE
OPERATING LEASE WITH FIXED MONTHLY RENTAL FEE
Under an operating lease with fixed monthly rental fee, your monthly rent will remain the same throughout the duration of the contract, even if the reference rate changes.
OPERATING LEASE WITH VARIABLE MONTHLY RENTAL FEE
In the case of operating leases with variable monthly rental fees, you pay your rent according to the change in the current reference rate. (3-month BUBOR, 3-month EURIBOR)
